Melinda Spence
My name is Melinda Spence and I am a real estate agent with Compass Real Estate. I have 10 years of experience and for the past 6 years I have been representing clients and their needs in North Dallas and all over the Dallas metroplex.
Growing up in a small town, I loved the sense of community. I was born in Dallas but was raised in Tyler, Texas, about an hour and half East of Dallas. Wherever I have lived I have sought out community; in church, in my kid’s schools, and in the neighborhoods where I lived as well. It is that same sense of community that drives my passion for real estate today.
