Kiley Evans

Kiley Evans is a second-generation realtor born and raised in North Texas, primarily serving the North Dallas and Richardson areas. Kiley has a deep love for the region she serves, particularly due to the walkable neighborhoods canopied by large trees and the close-knit community feel. The nice thing about North Dallas is how close it is to downtown—with its eclectic restaurants and endless shopping—without feeling too urban. It’s also a great area for first-time homebuyers and families, offering spacious backyards, affordable homes, and excellent schools. 

Seeing her mother on the job piqued Kiley’s interest in real estate early on. At Baylor University, she majored in Real Estate and Business Management (attending plenty of socials as a Pi Beta Phi in her downtime!). She then started working at a commercial real estate investment company right after graduation. There, she learned the ins and outs of real estate but craved the face-to-face connections she had seen on the residential side. 

Wanting to help people find their dream home, Kiley got her residential license in early 2020 and became part of the Melinda Spence Team at Compass shortly after. Having always loved house hunting and wanting to follow her ambitious dream of running her own company, joining Compass seemed like the perfect fit for Kiley. She genuinely looks forward to working every day, and her outgoing, infectious persona is attractive to her clients. 

Before handing her clients the keys to their new home at the closing table, Kiley ensures that she creates a stress-free experience for each person by thorough education, clear communication, and having fun along the way! Using a first-time home buyer guide that she specifically curated for the Dallas area, Kiley’s clients are ahead of the curve and will have all the insider details and background they need to find their dream home. 

Kiley prides herself on her ability to advocate for her clients and get their offers accepted over others because of her strategic approach and connections to other agents. She often works with first-time homebuyers because she can relate to them the most, as Kiley was recently in their shoes. 

In her free time, Kiley regularly volunteers at Watermark community church. She also loves sand volleyball, exploring the beautiful outdoors, and going on an annual beach vacation. Her husband, Ian, is a CPA and CFP for a financial planning company. On the weekends, you’ll probably find her watching the latest college football game (go Baylor Bears!) or eating tacos on a patio somewhere alongside her husband and friends!
